Skiing and Snowboarding: 600m from the house begins the boundless snowfun for skiers and snowboarder‘s by the Areitbahn (Schmittenhöhe). Snow guaranteed on ski runs all the way into the valley (snow-making machines). The ski- and snowboardschool is by the Areitbahn The skibus to the Areitbahn is 200m away. The glacier on the Kitzsteinhorn is about 12 km away.

Cross country skiing: And for those who are not so keen on the steep side of life, there are miles of cross country courses in the immediate vicinity (100m from the house) which offer enough alternatives. Enjoy the romantic landscape during the night while doing cross-country on a lighted course.
